(1) Not too chaotic, not too ordered (不要毫無秩序，也不能太規整）
(2) Visible life （看得見的生活感）
(3) Compact （緊密聯繫的）
(4) Orientation & mystery （有定位、方向感及帶有神秘色彩）
(5) Scale （比例）
(6) Make it local （讓城市更切合當地地方性）

We face two main problems:

(1) Intellectual confusion around beauty：We think no one has a right to say what’s beautiful and what’s ugly
